About the event
Y12SR is the Yoga of 12-Step Recovery. Y12SR combines the practical tools of the 12-step recovery program with the physical and spiritual practices of yoga. We have a 12-step meeting, followed by a yoga practice (for all levels). Open to anyone and everyone dealing with addiction, their own or the addictive behavior of others. Meetings are offered to the community by donation.
