Speak: Let's Get Real

A new donation-based community event at Saha to bring us together to listen and be heard, to connect and learn from each other, and to give to those in the community who need support.

Donations from this pop-up Summer Solstice Speak Event are going directly to Nasya Holman, a practitioner here in the Saha community who was recently in a car accident that’s caused trauma she’s still recovering from, as well as a big financial strain from being unable to work. 

Donate what you can, if you can, and come speak your truth or simply listen to others and be inspired. There are options for a “soft share” nonverbal art display, journaling stations, etc.

There will also be an optional closing wellness experience of breathwork and yoga to close this Speak event out!
