Hotep and Welcome to the Kemetic Yoga Series with Saha Wellness Center! Join us for a rejuvenating experience that combines the ancient practices of Kemetic yoga with modern wellness techniques - under the Kemetic Yoga Skills Method created by Yirser . Each class is dedicated to supporting the entire well-being and health of communties at large and particularly, those who have never had an experience with yoga.
Series Titles and Descriptions:
(7/03) The Basics of Breath Control and Total Relaxation: will focus on teaching fundamental breathing techniques to promote calmness and reduce stress including exercises to improve lung capacity and the Rule of 4 Breathing.
(7/17) Naming the Deity from the Pose: will focus on learning about various cosmic connections to kemetic priniciples as well as learning specific deity's symbolism through deepening understanding and appreciation for the practice.
